With all our dash cam products (HainaTech Official Online Store), we provide a 30 day return policy (Refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.), as well as a 12 month warranty which covers product malfunctions. Product malfunctions covered by our warranty must not be caused by physical or liquid damage.
